Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bmynet is accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account information promptly. bmynet shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

bmynet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bmynet's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount on bmynet is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. bmynet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes. bmynet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. bmynet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits bmynet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
bmynet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bmynet reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your bmynet account at any time by contacting bmynet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact bmynet's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. bmynet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
